MALIK Look Towards ESL UK Premiership
With the recent recruitment of a Malik UK team, its great news to see that they will be playing in the qualifiers for the recently announced ESL UK Premiership. It's been a while since gaming has seen some top notch competitive action for the UK scene, and ESL are proud to announce their newly supported Premiership.
The ESL UK Premiership will feature three qualifiers that are open to all UK and Irish residents over on ESL Play. Each qualifier will have a maximum capacity of 64 teams, and will run over the course of two days. The top two teams from each qualifier will be promoted into one of two group stages, with the final two teams being invitited directly into the competition. The group stages will be played out in a double elimination format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the offline final at London’s MCM Comic Con.
With MALIK registered to 2 of the 3 qualifiers we hope to achieve some great results and help spread the name of MALIK eSports.
